How do I place an order?

To order, please complete the online contact form. We’ll contact you with our price list, allowing you to choose the quantity and recipe(s) you’re interested in. Once you’ve made your choice, proceed to payment and the creation of your visual, and your order will be registered and processed.

Can I change my order after I have placed it?

Prior to printing, we will send you an electronic proof. It is your responsibility to check the accuracy of the information and graphics on this proof. Once your artwork has been validated, you will no longer have the option of modifying your order free of charge.

How can I track my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a proof and an estimated delivery time by e-mail. At the time of dispatch, we will send you a link and a tracking number. In the meantime, to find out the status of your order, simply contact your BHC contact person.

Can I pay in instalments?

You can pay for your order in instalments, free of charge. You pay in instalments as you wish, and your order will be dispatched on receipt of the balance.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payment by bank transfer is preferred. If required, we can offer you a link to pay by credit card online.

Are there discounts on bulk orders?

Rates are calculated according to your needs. For requests over 1 truck, please fill in the contact form with your request, and we’ll calculate the best price for you.

Is the transaction secure?

Yes, payments are made by bank transfer or credit card via a secure platform that guarantees the confidentiality of your bank details.

When will I receive the invoice for my order?

Invoices are issued and sent by email on receipt of goods.

What is the refund policy for order cancellations?

Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

What are the amounts of excise duties and ecotaxes?

Our prices include excise and ecotaxes, which is a legal requirement in France.

I’m abroad: can I be exempt from VAT?

You may be exempt from VAT if your goods are delivered abroad. In this case, please indicate this before placing your order.

Do I have to pay taxes on top of the price of the drinks?

The price of our drinks includes eco-packaging taxes and seats for sweet drinks.

What are the best-before dates for drinks?

Best-before dates vary, and are generally between 10 and 24 months from receipt of your order. For more information, please contact our team.

How should cans be stored?

Drinks, whatever their packaging, must be stored in a dry, healthy place. If you notice a can leaking, move it away from the rest of your order as quickly as possible to prevent it from spreading.

A leaking can: what can I do?

We source our aluminum cans from CAN-PACK, a major player in the beverage industry, and supplier to the world’s leading brands. Their strict quality controls guarantee consistency in aluminum composition. Should you nevertheless notice a leak, please remove the pack in question and contact our customer service department.

How are products packaged for shipment?

Cans are packaged in 24-packs with cardboard, and bottles in 6-packs. 6-packs and over are transported on ½ pallet, and 25-packs and over on film-wrapped European pallets. We use transparent film to allow goods inspection on delivery.

How are products transported?

Our products are transported by road freight, thanks to one of our transport partners. Samples are delivered by Chronopost for express delivery.

What is the average cost of delivery?

Delivery charges are included in the price of bottles and cans.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?

When you receive your order, it is your responsibility to check it (general condition, quantity, contents) in the presence of the delivery person. The addition of the words “subject to unpacking” on the delivery note is not valid in the event of a complaint. If you notice any damage on delivery (leaks, open packages, etc.), we invite you to make precise reservations on the carrier’s delivery note, mentioning the problem and the number of unsaleable products or packages concerned.

Can I choose a specific delivery date?

If you require a specific delivery date, please let our customer service department know. Our carrier will contact you before delivery to set a date.

Is there an order tracking service?

Yes, once your goods have been dispatched we will send you an online tracking link and number.

Do you offer an express delivery service?

Samples are sent by express delivery. Orders over 6 packs are not eligible for express delivery.

Can I get international delivery?

We deliver to mainland France and Belgium. For your international operations, we can make the goods available at your forwarding agent, or at a border transport agency in France.

Is it possible to have a carbon-neutral delivery?

Yes, we offer a carbon offset option.

How can I receive samples?

How long does it take to receive samples?

Your order will be processed within 24 to 48 hours, then shipped express via our partner Chronopost.

Can I receive samples abroad?

Yes, shipping costs vary according to destination. Simulate an order to find out how much it will cost.

Are samples personalized?

No. Samples are not personalized.
